Principle:

The Pierce electron gun evaporation system is an electron beam evaporation system using the Pierce system for focusing, which uses a sheet tungsten filament to produce an electron beam, the filament current can reach 80 to 120 amps, the focusing acceleration voltage can reach 20 to 25 kV, and the electron beam can reach 2 to 3 amps. This electron gun can be used to melt high temperature resistant materials at high speed and stability.
